RETURNS POLICY

Purchases from Grizzly online shop

  1. Unopened, unused and in the original packaging

The product(s) can be returned back within 14 days from the purchase date, along with the receipt. In this case you can receive a refund for the value of your purchase. The return address is: 62 Vasileos Konstantinou, Limassol 3076, Cyprus.

  1. Opened, unused and in the original packaging

The products can be returned back within 14 working days after the delivery or pickup date, along with the receipt of purchase. The product(s) will be checked from our Service Department if they are eligible for return. In this case you can receive a refund for the value of your purchase.

CANCELLATION POLICY

How to cancel an online order

  • If you have chosen to Pick-up from our Grizzly Entertainment Limited office, you can cancel your order up to 1 working day, after the order confirmation date.
  • If you have chosen the Pickup from AKIS Express Courier Pick-up Point, you can cancel your order before the product is handed to the delivery service. After the dispatch of the product, your order status will automatically update and you will no longer be able to cancel your order. You can of course, return the product you bought following our Returns Policy as described above in cases 1 and 2.

Changes to our Returns and Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to change or update our Returns and Cancellation Policy. We will however post any changes on this page.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two weeks.
